Q. Why do I get a "Server not Found" error when trying to open a vendors website?

A. You must be connected to the internet for this feature to work. If
you're not connected to the internet, first connect, then use the links
and they will work properly.

Q. I entered all of my information, and now the program seems empty?

A. Please make sure that your application and user file are in the same directory/folder. The application stores all of your information in the user file, if the application cannot find the user file, then it will show none of the information you entered.

Q. How come I can't open the software?

A. The Application is sent as a .sit file - you must first un-stuff the application before using it.
